Such an easy to follow step by step guide to get to the core of whom you are as an individual. Learning how to facilitate a group discovery session was a real bonus. I have learnt more about who I am in this book than I have in 37years and cannot wait to share me with others.

The most inspired sentence was that "Each of us has one WHY. It's not a statement about who aspire to be; it expresses who we are when we are at our natural best."Ever since I've thought what is my natural best, during the process, I've found so many wonders in our society where we stand. Now I watched this video, convinced that we need a new type of leader for the next century. Old type leaders are just following the old system. In terms of women, the way look at us is that they can be laid or not. Young enough or not. I don't want to follow them naturally since I was young. That is the main reason which produces so many social problems.We know that social media has two faces, but if your words are sincere,"There was a great man who made every man feel small.But the meaning of a REAL great man is the man who makes every man feel GREAT," is the word about you.PS: Right after I put my message above, something has been changed!!(Probably the authority wants to be like you!) Thank you for showing us the vision of a new leader, which makes us realize what to do.

At first, I was in doubt because actually the book wasn't written by Simon Sinek, but by some of his colleagues. To my surprise, the book was really good and helped me to find my WHY. I followed all the steps and then suddenly, my WHY came naturally. I recommend it.

Está bien escrito y da una buena idea respecto a como encontrar tu por qué.Sin embargo da la impresión de que el resultado depende en parte de a quién elijas como ayudante en el proceso. Todavía no lo llevé a cabo porque no estoy seguro de tener a la persona indicada para la tarea, aún así voy a hacerlo y cuando lo tenga les comparto si la experiencia para mi valió la pena o no.

Como seguidor del autor tengo que decir que este libro fue una excelente adquisición. Si leíste y te gustó “Start With Why” entonces amarás esta continuación y no solo eso, también podrás articular tu propósito como persona, o como lo llama Simon: tu WHY.

he seguido a Simon Sinek por mucho tiempo, y encuentro su libro y todos sus videos increíblemente acertados,me ha ayudado a dejar de hacer lo que todo mundo hace y en cambio enfocarme en lo que realmente me gusta y me inspira
