This little adapter works perfectly! literally ust plug and play. The connection is stable, and there’s no noticeable lag. It’s super convenient not having to deal with cables every time I get in the car. Great product at a great price

Works great although it disconnects at random times unexpectedly and could be a hazard on road trips. We made this 14 1/2 drive several times so we know our way but using Waze on it was great because you get all the hazard and traffic warnings. Easy to use and sounds great.

I have a mk7 golf with the wired carplay/AA and was tired of plugging my phone in everytime. And I didn't want to pay for the high priced options out there.This fit the bill perfectly.After the initial setup (which is nice and easy with instructions), my phone will connect automatically each time i get in the car and be up and running in under 30 seconds. Usually by the time I'm done reversing down my driveway and put the car in a forward gear, it's up and in Android Auto ready for input.Plus I can finally close the cubby hole!5/5

Update 2/25/25: I’m not using this, although it likely has purpose for someone in another situation. My truck already has CarPlay set up, and to install this I would have had to disconnect my phone from the truck’s CarPlay. This didn’t make sense to me. What still confuses me is that it’s advertised as a car adapter for iPhone, yet my iPhone works with CarPlay already. This isn’t even CarPlay for those vehicles that don’t have, because it “works with Apple CarPlay.” It preserves my truck’s original control button, yet so does my iPhone. It just doesn’t seem to offer anything my iPhone already does, and the phone is faster. Other reviews have since come in, so it’s evidently for cars where the phone had to be wired, and this adapter allows wireless. I guess both my phone and truck are newer, so don’t have the same issue. I gave it 4 stars because the Amazon page wasn’t clear about this.Original: This looks and sounds nice. I might have misunderstood its purpose, though I don't recall seeing any information contrary to a vehicle with CarPlay. My phones connected automatically to CarPlay, so I still have to determine how this cool looking adapter can offer more. I'll add as I have more time for this purpose.
