Hartville Hardware has great customer service…item usually ships same day. I have a CT 36 that is hooked up in my workshop. This smaller CT 15 is perfect for doing sanding in a room I am redoing in the house. Works great.

This is my 1st Festool device. I'm very impressed with it. It is quieter than your regular shop-vac. The variable speed vacuum motor is very handy for when you're attaching smaller tools. Yes it is pricey, but compared to the Bosch and other HEPA vacs, it's right inline with them. My only major complaint is that the auto start function only allows a 2 Amp max device to be plugged into the vacuum. The bigger festool vacs I think will handle 10 amps. But for orbital sanders or Palm Sanders it works fine.
