The little pocket inside the case is virtually unusable due to the form-fitting design. Getting the charging cord inside is tricky. Also, you need to put your camera in lens first…also odd. All in all, it does seem to protect the camera.

It didn't occur to me until the case arrived, that the orientation of the case required me to rotate the camera so that the protruding lens was on the right side of the case, instead of the left. It just makes it a bit clumsy to put camera in the case while the case strap is around my neck. Otherwise, the case is pretty much perfect.

This case is very sturdy and holds the camera with its standard lens very well. Once the camera is in this case, you could stuff it into your bag without any risk of damaging fragile tool. The case has good extra space above the camera, which could be used to stuff the standard carry strap and small extra stuff (cards?). There are no pockets inside the case, however, so carrying small things can be done only if you really need it.
