This one was ordered for use as a baby monitor and to use with Amazon View. Pic is clear, sound is clear, setup was easy, and Alexa configuration was easy. No issues at all

Bought both outdoor and indoor camera of this brand. Picture quality is great. Connection set up is easy. Price is good for the quality. Like it.

We start buying EZVIZ Indoor Security Camera about six years ago when my Mom (now 87 years old) moved in with us. Even though, she is in great shape, thanks to God, I wanted to make sure I would be able to see if she was ok, whenever I would call and she didn't answer, and also for a peace of mind when I she had to stay home alone.It is SUPER EASY to set that we have one camera that we take with us when we go out of town. We took it with us to our six week trip to Europe, and no matter which country we were it was easy to set up using the wifi at the hotel and or at the Airbnb ...EZVIZ has been updating the app with new bells and whistles ...We promise you won't regret purchasing this camera. We truly love it!We have bought about 12 cameras, and only two of them failed to complete the setup (these cameras were 6 years old).

You can only set this up with 2.4 G internet service. I called my ISP got it down to 2.4G from 5.0GSo I was able to connect and things were going well. I returned this product b/c it didn't allow me to change the time that the camera would be on. I put in one set of times and was on the phone with their tech people and tested it out. But when I tried to change the time period for the camera to be on, it wouldn't let me and the tech guy on the phone couldn't fix it. It was escalated to Level 2, but they don't call you, just send an email.I got frustrated and ret'ned it.

Great camera. I have 7 in my shop now any movement I can see right away what's going on. Had a water leak the camera went off and I was dealing with it with in minutes instead of days. So easy to install and use
