So part of my dislike of this is me missing out the description. It is crazy to think there is a hand scanner like this in 2025 that doesn't have Bluetooth as a connection option, so I didn't think to look close enough once it said "wireless" but here we are. I have hand scanners that connect to PCs though, so no worries, I could still use this. Just not as convenient/flexible as I was hoping. I'm certain it helps keep the cost lower though. That said...this thing struggles with barcodes. I love Eyoyo but this is a rare miss by them. Absolutely too cheap. if there are too many barcodes around it can't zero in enough to get the one you want, and chooses to just scan nothing. If you are working through inventory and it has to get dialed in because of UPC barcodes and serial number barcodes being close together, you're going to end up too frustrated to keep using this.It is capable of scanning if it's clean enough, and there were no issues using the included 2.4Ghz USB adapter. Transmission speeds were solid too when I could actually scan something. This will likely end up as an emergency backup scanner for me, and it'll be a "this is better than nothing until I can order something decent" option. Bit of a bummer!

I have reviewed several models from this manufacturer and am quite pleased with the overall performance and features of this product and product lines. Fast easy out of the box to use this barcode scanner does not disappoint. You can use it as a wired scanner using the included USB A cable and call it a day. If you want 2.4 Wireless convenience, simply plug the little dongle that stores on the bottom of the device and you have a wireless barcode scanner. In devices of this price point you won't notice the difference between wired or wireless scanning. In my scans it performed well both ways. You can plug the wireless dongle into your USB port and keep it plugged in with the USB cable. Then, if you need wireless functionality, simply unplug it and it works without any fuss or muss. This is a good value for the money. The included manual offers some handy barcodes you scan to program or adjust how barcodes are read. While not the feature set you'd find in a high-end scanner, this scanner will work for 99% of most uses the average user would need. It can scan 2D barcodes and QR codes. This manufacturer is one of the best in its price category. Very consistent and reliable product.
