This works very well and produces the result of clean and dry after the washing of the windows, which is what I was hoping to achieve.

It is a high quality tool. Very sturdily built. It holds a tremendous amount of water. Great for really hot sunny days when the windows are heated up. One caution is that if you're doing pole work on a lot of windows in a row higher than 20 ft then it gets a little difficult to control because of the weight when it is loaded with the water.

I received this product and the concept is fairly simple, you simply click a button and the squeegee can hook on two different ways. Here is where I don't like the engineering. When you add a pole the base unit (the cleaner bar) it friction fits on the pole. It dose not use the poles locking system. When you attach the cleaning bar to the pole and then you try to attach the squeegee also it won't click into the cleaning bar like it should. You cannot attach the whole thing to the pole while the cleaner bar and squeegee are locked together. So I thought boy am I dumb! So I called up Ettore customer service so I could get straitened out on the matter. The lady I talked to was very nice and she talked me through the process (it wasn't working). Then she went and got the products in question and then proceeded to do it herself, it didn't work for her ether. So she put me on hold I assume to receive counseling on the subject. When she came back she told me that the product was engineered that way and that all is normal. While she was on the phone I though I would try it out the way she described, and immediately it pulled out of the base unit because it dosn't click in like it should! So I was very skeptical and I told her I would give it a fair chance before I pass total judgment. So I went on to clean the rest of my windows and I didn't pull out of the base unit.Note: When i tested the squeegee I had hit a dry section of the window thus causing extra drag and the squeegee pulled rite out. When I cleaned the rest of my windows they were totally wet. I feel like the squeegee will dislodge at some point and come crashing to the ground! Ettore customer service said that Amazon should have a good return policy if I wasn't happy. I will probably return it.Update: I called Ettore customer service and once again they were very nice, she didn't get the problem so she wanted me to send pictures. So I went to take pictures and while I was taking pictures I noticed that the push button spring was pointing downward so I inserted it the right way and it goes in the base and on the pole just fine. Simply whoever assembled that one put the push button in the handle the wrong way!
