Mido 1'73 peso 95 estoy haciendo ejercicio pedí la M por comentarios que leí y les creí que pidiendo una talla menor a la mía G me quedaría perfecta,no fue así conmigo,me quedo muy ajustada, si cumple su función me redujo las lonjas de la panza y se me hacen los rollitos en la espalda ahora jaja, creo la cambiaré por la talla G si me sentí que me falta el aire, si se expande u ajusta,no es para tripones ni hace milagros, si quieres usar ropa de vestir en un evento si dará figura, para un uso más de diario mejor pedir la talla que eres, y hacer dieta y ejercicio,yo tengo planeado seguir creciendo mi cuerpo en el gym y puede que no me funcione a futuro, pediré mi cambio o se la pasaré a mi hijo que tiene mejor físico para dar estética, p.d. tiene un aire a diseño femenino,no lo tiraría a la basura

Realmente comprime la zona del pecho, y reduce un poco el abdomen. El material es de buena calidad y mantiene la compresion a varios meses de uso continuo

If you are very overweight, these will not hide that fact. But if you are someone like me who is in moderate shape and has had gyno since his teens, these are absolutely life changing. I immediately felt confident to wear tshirts again. They turned my man boobs into normal pecs. Considering you can’t get rid of man tits without surgery, this is a much easier and cheaper option.I ordered 1 white and 2 black, large. The black ones were more tight than the white, but still did the job.Again, these won’t make you not fat. You can fix that with discipline.

This is the best so don't waste your time and money buying something else. Choose your actual size. These clothes have to be tight and after a while it will expand. DO NOT put it on the usual way, wear it from your feet side all the way up. Do the same when taking it offهذا افضل منتج لا تخسر نقودك ووقتك على منتجات أخرى، اختر مقاسك المعتاد، هذه الملبوسات يجب ان تكون مشدودة وبعد مدة سوف تصبح واسعة، لا تلبسه بالطريقة المعتادة، ارتدي من ناحية القدمين للأعلى، ونفس الشيء عند خلعه.

Me quedó muy bien, peso 91 kilos y mido 1.79m. me quedo justo a mi medida, ni grande ni chica, el largo muy bien, excelente material de muy buena calidad, bien vale la pena su precio, la volvería a comprar sin dudarlo.

Pedí la talla que uso en playeras y camisas normales (mediana) y me quedó bien, si comprime, después de un tiempo de uso compré una segunda para poderla usarlas todos los dias, algo que me gusta es que no guarda olores, lo unico que si notas es que con el tiempo va perdiendo poco a poco la compresion, pero la verdad al traerla puesta la ropa me luce mucho mejor y no se nota que la traes (nadie se ha dado cuenta todavia) Volveria a comprar

Es muy bueno el producto se nota la calidad y la forma en que esculpe el pecho y uno que otro gordito , el único punto malo que tengo es que con el uso y las lavadas ya no aprieta tanto como la primera vez que la usas pero solo un poco aún sigue siendo funcional tanto que voy a comprar una segunda

Fellas, women have Spanx, we have this. Don't be ashamed like I was. You'll feel so much more confident. I told my girlfriend what I ordered and her response was "you bought a manzier?" and laughed a little. At that moment I felt really ashamed, I realized how absolutely terrible we've had it when it comes to self confidence and having to suck it up. I know my girlfriend loves me and she didn't mean it to be cynical but that's literally EXACTLY how men have been treated that have body issues. I'm not overweight, I'm 5'8, 204lbs, stocky but muscular, I go to the gym doing Olympic weight lifting 5 days a week and play hockey 3 days a week but I've struggled with these embarrassing puffy nipples since I was a kid. I'd found a way that I would discretely scratch my chest to make them hard to be less apparent, I went went on a date with a girl in highschool and I taped the fckn things down with tape. This is some embarrassing stuff I'm confessing right now but I think it's really important. There is surgery however I've never been "approved" by the surgeon because it's cosmetic. I'm 32 now, been self conscious my entire life about them, summers are the worst because t-shirts are thin and it's when these nips are extra puffy. It bothered me so much my posture actually suffered because I would hunch over to try and hide them while also wearing a size bigger shirt than I needed. Anyway, I'm sure there are other guys out there like me who have suffered the same issue. I finally got the courage up and bought this shirt secretly. I put it on as soon as it came in, the fit is tight, just like I was hoping, it smoothed out my chest and I instantly felt more confident but it doesn't look unnatural! If your nips get hard, you can still see them. The best thing is I noticed it also helped my posture! I didn't tell my girlfriend I had gotten it, I wore it under my thinnest tshirt and she didn't even know it was there. At about $40 it's enough money to be hesitant about but I'm going to be buying a few more on my next pay. I think it's time us fella's stopped worrying about this stuff and just be happy in our own skin, whatever it takes. Another thing, the material is great, it doesn't cause the shirt to cling to you either. I really cant say enough good things. Keep in mind you'll be uncomfortable for the first few days. I'm on day two and it's not so bad, the tightness is overturned by the feeling of my self confidence that I got back.
