It WorksLet's jump into it: My car: 2018 KIA Forte Product: Right side mirrorPros: It works, It fit (read below) properly. The Black upper is glossy so matches my car close enough.Received on time.Cons: The power connector is not an exact fit, although with enough fidgeting I was able to finallyget it to connect. The gasket (between mirror and side of the car) provided is hard plastic,not like the soft pliable rubber one it's trying to replace.Almost returned product because of this. Instead I re-used the original rubber one.Had to cut the two gaskets to free the power cable. I made a 1" cut betweenthe power cable hole and the nearest screw hole on the rubber one.I just notched out the plastic one. I might have tried the plastic one, but it also didn'tfit properly over the screw holes, and is totally inflexable. Plus it just seemslike a bad idea.I can't tell you how happy I was that the power mirror controls worked after install.I would not recommend this particular vendor's mirror because of the plastic gasket.

Came quickly, easy to install, great price. Way better than having to go thru install an replace!
