Fortunately I've been lucky and received my items without any problems. No damage. Etc. I just love this mirror.

The mirror was beautiful and hanging over our fireplace for four days, and we happen to see it slip down. The backing for the support came unglued. Returning for a different brand.

Just wish I had realized what type of " metal bar hanging design" on the back of the mirror was! The story of my mirror right now from ordering a few months ago, is it is still leaning on top of my radiator. I live in an old heritage building with walls from 100 yrs ago....that will not allow screws,..even with anchors....it just pours out like sand when you try to screw anything in. However with 50lb or 100lb stainless steel picture hooks, one can drive in nails and hang anything on the wall and it stays solid. So I have had to get wire and thin rope and create a secure line to hang and try to adapt it to wrap around the metal bar at the back of the mirror. Problem is...I need a second person to help me lift and hang.....will get it done eventually. But I hate that they could not have found an easier option to hang this mirror. With cheap construction in houses now....not sure how safe this mirror would be!!!!! Also recently found this mirror in Homesense much cheaper. I do love the look of the mirror though....no regrets buying it.

Looks amazing in my entryway, good quality and easy to install. Lots of compliments on this piece.
