Like the weight, ease of use, etc. If the squeegee were better (feels a bit rigid hence not clean well) I would give it 5 stars

Good quality for price. Easy to assemble. Different height settings are really helpful

Picture shows fully extended. It does shrink down to 2 ft but I specifically picked this one for the 10ft capability. The scrubbing red part comes off with Velcro for easy washing and the squeegee part works as advertised. One issue is the fluffy red will drip cleaning solution back onto the window you are currently squeegeeing. I had to wash the window, remove the red fluffy THEN squeegee the window …. ALL WHILE STANDING ON A LADDER SINCE IT DOESN’T REACH THE 10 ft.

The pole is easy to use and nice and comfortable in your hand. The pole extends 4 feet from the padded handle and your hand. The fluffy cleaning head is hook and loop taped to the wand head and fabric elastic banded to the wand head. I do wish that a second scrubber came with the kit as the scrubber gets very dirty after one window and then you have to rinse the scrubber and it ends up having too much water/moisture and when using, makes the glass streaky. Yes, I have dirty windows, the reason for ordering this item. I am 5'9" and could reach my first floor windows. The wand head stayed steady and the telescoping rod did not move or twist. The angle of the head and the squeegee is good, it worked and I am satisfied.
