This industrial, handheld barcode scanner with RFID reader arrived intact, in new condition and adequately protected inside of a generic box. The instructions are easy to read and follow. The scanner itself fits comfortably in my hand and even has a little loop at the base where I can attach a lanyard. It scans pretty fast and can read RFID chips. It comes with a charging c-cable and a dongle only, no base to plug into. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this scanner.

This scanner is very durable and made to a high quality standard. It comes with a very limited manual though so it requires patience to set up and learn to use. If you have never used one before then this requires a little searching on the Internet and looking through some reviews to figure out. There is no stand alone app so once you have connected it it will scan into notepad, your web browser (which it will automatically pull up the product) and other supported programs. I would prefer if it came with its own app as well but it doesn't. What it does though is read every single bar code we tried it on. It reads them easily and from a distance also. I gave it 5 stars because the learning curve is probably due to my never having used this type item before and therefore not being familiar with it. It definitely works well once you figure it out!
