I liked the piping on the product--really makes it stand out. I expected the pad to be thicker, but I think that's my personal bias. I like a lot of padding between the saddle and the horse. The blue is a nice, muted blue, so it doesn't scream at the judges.

Recently I decided to give this half saddle pad a go and I've been pleasantly surprised! I’ve been an avid western pad user for many years, and It rides as if they've taken the good stuff and put it all into one great half saddle. This pad fills in the gaps nicely under my saddle. It's very simple but functional at the same time. I really do appreciate that. The quality of the thickness of this pad and the matetial that it's nade of is also a standout feature for me. Overall some of the best feature about the saddle pad is that it's nice and lightweight. It's easy to carry atound and it is very easy to wash. It cleans so easy with a simple hose off, and it dries qucikly. It also comes with a really nice stitched and well fitted bonnet to match. I highly recommend this. You're guranteed to love it.

The Equinavia Voss pad and bonnet set is great deal. You get a very nice looking pad and bonnet with thick piping trim in a reusable case. The inner material of the pad is almost like mesh (second picture). It feels like it will wick effectively to cool your horse and protect your saddle. The outer fabric feels like poly twill. It seems pretty tough. The fill is generous without being bulky. The pad has contouring at the withers. There are NO loops at top to prevent slipping so keep that in mind. By main compliant is that Equinavia did not provide dimensions or material information in the listing. They need to include the fiber content and the fill weight. The dimensions are 24 inch spine with 19.5 inch drop. It is 26 inches long at the widest point.The bonnet is very soft with a nice weight to it and thick piping that will help it hold its shape any lie flat. There are nice vinyl patches covering the ends of the piping to prevent fraying and keep it secure. It feels like cotton yarn with poly mesh ears. The dimensions are: ears 7 inches, poll to bottom of forehead flap 11 inches, width at the widest point 16 inches, poll between the ears 4 inches.The quality of this set is a step up from the most basic pads and bonnets, and I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better price on a matching set as well made as this one. I have not had a chance to test it out on my horse, but I wanted to get this review done quickly so people have the dimensions.

I was looking for a nice color combination to add to my show tack and i'm quite happy I was able to find these! It fits my 16hand horse and looks really bice on her. The bonnet is a bit big but she has a small and dainty head so i'm not worried. I'd recommend!
