Das EPOS IMPACT 1061 ANC funktioniert einwandfrei und erfüllt meine Erwartungen vollkommen. EPOS steht wirklich für Qualität. Das Headset sitzt bequem und sicher auf dem Kopf, sodass man es stundenlang tragen kann, ohne Beschwerden zu verspüren. Die Geräuschisolierung während Gesprächen ist beeindruckend. I needed a wireless headset for professional daily use for online calls via Google Meet (and sometimes Zoom) with my PC. And I'm very satisfied.Note, this headset is NOT for music listening - you will be not happy if you are looking for that.Very powerful pros:1) Own USB dongle included, so you can use it regardless of the Bluetooth (or its absence) in your computer. However, they could be used without the dongle as well.2) When connected via dongle, you get REALLY high audio quality for both the mic and the sound in your ears during video calls - as opposed to a "normal" Bluetooth connection (utilized by most Bluetooth headsets) that limits the frequency range.3) Amazing sound isolation in the mic - it is very effective and can "hide" a lot of background stuff happening next to you from the people you are talking to during calls. Quite impressive.4) Wireless charging on the stand is pretty convenient option.The reasons for 4 stars (not 5) are:1) Comfort.1.1) I think having more padding on the headband would help because during long use with no brake (more than 1-2 hours) I need to change the position of the headset to fix fatigue at the contact point with my head.1.2) I wish they were over-ears with a good space inside for the ears instead of being on-ears. Again, sometimes during longer calls or I need to move them around due to ears tireness.2) Sometimes my voice sounds a bit muffled to my interlocutors. I couldn't define the reason or typical circumstances for that. But luckily it happens not too often, so not a big deal.3) The application for PC is not perfect.3.1) UX could be improved for sure.3.2) I used the headset with Win10 and Win11. On Win10, the sound volume for me was not enough on the max level. But when I turned on the normalization option in the PC app, it got better - no issues.5) Customer support could be better. When I sent a request with the sound volume issue, I got response in few days(!), and with no really valuable information. I was not even advised to try the normalization option (which by that time I had found on my own).6) Price. Given it's not an all-round solution - i.e. they are not usable for enjoyable listening to music - I guess the price tag is a bit too high. And by the way, for the given price, they could have provided a higher quality case - the current one is too soft and cheapy, without even being close to something that could called premium.Regardless of all the drawbacks, I still do recommend them if you need something specifically for online meetings and if the price is not an issue for you. The sound and the mic quality - which is crucial for that use case - are undoubtedly top-notch. You can find some mic tests on YouTube to get how good these guys are.

Tut mir leid, aber ich kann absolut nicht verstehen, warum dieses HS so gehyped wird und vor allem für den Preis.Sound:Ich voller Freude das HS ausgepackt, aufgesetzt und das erstbeste Lied auf Spotify angemacht, das gerade offen war und da kam es mir schon. Sobald ein bisschen mehr Bass kam, kratzte der Bass so hart das es einfach nur unangenehm war, das Lied weiter zu hören. Da war ich schon mal skeptisch. Ein Lied und es kratz. Das für ein 265 Euro teueres HS, ich war bereits jetzt schon enttäuscht! Das darf einfach nicht sein.Software:Naja ich gedacht schauen wir mal, vielleicht gibt es ja bereits updates oder so, die das evtl. beheben. Dann ging es weiter. Die Software dazu ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Verbinden lies sich es anstandslos, ok, aber dann ging es los. Es zeige mir an, das für den mitgelieferten Dongle und für das HS ein Firmwareupdate bereitsteht. Warum ich in Zeiten von Bluetooth im Jahr 2024 überhaupt noch einen BT-USB-Dongle brauche, das sei mal dahingestellt?! Das ist aber auch schon wieder ein Minuspunkt für mich. Auf jeden Fall lies sich zwar der Dongle updaten, jedoch nicht das HS. Nach rumprobieren und googlen kam ich auch auf keine Lösung, das Update brach am Ende immer mit einem Fehler ab, zeigte aber an, das die neue Version drauf sei, aber es immer noch ein Update gab. Nach einem aus und wieder einschalten des HS war die Version dann wieder die alte. Eine Lösung konnte nur herbeigeführt werden, indem ich den Updater auf einem Windows-Laptop installieren musste, um dort das Update durchzuführen. Am kratzigen Sound hatte sich jedoch auch nichts geändert :/Komfort:Da ich das HS ja eigentlich wegen längeren Teamsgesprächen gekauft hatte, trug ich es auch zum testen auf der Arbeit längere Zeit um den Tragekomfort zu beurteilen. Leider musste ich es bereits nach 1h abnehmen, weil meine Ohren unnormal geschmerzt haben. Kann vielleicht auch an meinem etwas größerem Kopf liegen (Mützengröße 62) und das mag bei jedem anders sein. Bringt mir jedoch nichts, wenn ich das HS nicht länger als 1h tragen kann.Mikrofon und ANC:Dagegen ist nichts zu meckern. Beides absolut erstklassig.Fazit:Der Tragekomfort und Sound machen für mich dieses HS in seinen Kernfunktionen absolut unbrauchbar.Ist für mich auch keine 265 Euro wert und ging daher zurück.Schade

Servus! Ich habe mich lange informiert, ob es ein Jabra, ein Orosound Tilde oder ein Epos-Headset werden soll. Nun habe ich mich für EPOS entschieden und kann folgendes sagen:- Das Headset ist gut. Musik ist ausreichend, Bass etwas fehlend. Ist natürlich auch nicht der Hauptzweck- Dafür, dass ANC deutlich teurer ist, finde ich die ANC-Funktionalität verbesserungswürdig. Wer hier AirPods-Qualität bzgl. Abschirmung erwartet, wird enttäuscht werden. Schirmt etwas ab, ist aber meine lauten Kollegen höre ich teilweise trotzdem noch- Die Mikro-Qualität ist top. Da gibt es nix zu meckern. Das Mikrofon selbst kann man jedoch nicht an das Headset andocken, so wie bei den Jabras- Mitgeliefert wurde USB als Dongle für den PC. In Zeiten, wo Macs nur noch USB-C haben, finde ich das schwierig. Definitiv noch ein USB-to-USB-C Adapter kaufen, wenn man ein Mac-User ist. Dürfte für den hohen Preis durchaus dabei sein- App ist okay, viele coole Funktionen dabei. Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen da nicht- Das Headset drückt leider etwas unangenehm am Kopf bei mir nach 1-2h.- Manchmal switcht das Headset automatisch zum Handy z.B. wenn man gerade das Handy verwendet. Da wollte man sich was von Apple abgucken, jedoch funktioniert das nicht so clever. Wenn ich gerade ein Video am Handy anschaue, und dann am PC währenddessen rumklicke, geht das Video hin und wieder aus.- Die Buttons am Headset sind clever positioniert und haben gute FunktionenFür den Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr Tragekomfort & Kopfhörerintelligenz vorgestellt. Hätte Jabra nicht offensichtliche Qualitätsprobleme bei den neuen Varianten, würde ich mich wohl wieder für ein Jabra entscheiden. Es tut aber definitiv was es soll und die Mikroqualität ist absolut top.

Product has good ANC and good mic - you can use them in a noisy environment and the mic wont pick up anything at all other than the person on the call. The ANC also helps reduce the environmental noise for the person using the headset. However, for a premium product the support from EPOS is AWFUL. My headset does not show up in the PC app so we can't update firmware. Tried on several different machines, several different cables, nothing. Emails to support get pointless answers afters days - are you sure the cable is connected, are you sure the headset is switched on, send us a photo of the screen you're seeing (which simply says no device connected), then wait days again. After 2 weeks of back and forth still not resolved and if this is what i can expect by way of support we won't be buying any more of them. Amazon no better - their support simply says contact manufacturer.
