I used this to add a preamp to a Fender STrat, replacing one of the stock tone controls for "pull up for bypass". The wiring is very simple and intuitive - separating connecting the wires from making the cross connections makes the initial setup and future modification very easy. Highly recomended

Pot body is shorter than Bourns and a little easier to wire, but it's also a lot larger in diameter and doesn't feel as nice in operation as a Bourns push/pull pot.

Easily add the the bridge pickup with the volume pot pulled and in postion 5 it adds the bridge and in postion 4 all 3 pickups .. This is an easy mod to add to your Strat giving you a 7 way guitar postions ..

Great design. Easy to solder. CTS is the best IMO. The only caveat is these are bigger around than most pots, so you might have to turn it a little to avoid contact with the adjacent pot and any shielding. Great noiseless switching.

It was *exactly* what I needed to add an onboard fuzz effect onto the guitar.Nice pot, with an integrated DPDT switch? Yes, please.
