It looks fine but I have to be very particular on turning off water or it will drip.Maybe it's 4 or 5 star, and my poor installation, but that seemed fine.

Fit my old Delta faucet in the bathroom. The main problem in the install was getting one of the pieces unscrewed. It was very tight and didn't want to release. I ended up using narrow nosed vise grips to do the job. None of my other tools would remove this part of the faucet - just wouldn't fit or grab tightly enough. The parts in the kit did the job, but re-used one of the original Delta parts. The tab on one plastic part was too wide to fit my faucet. I could have filed it, but didn't feel it was worth the trouble and the original part worked fine. Plumbing has a way of not doing what you expect. If you are dong a plumbing job, it is wise to make sure you can do without that particular fixture for a few days if things don't go your way... But, the parts did the job and it no longer leaks. So, no complaints, really.

Product seems to be of high quality. Parts were included for two different types of kitchen faucets.Time will tell if the items are of good quality.

Great kit that works. Fixed the leak. Two problems: 1. The plastic tab did not fit my faucet slot. I don't know it that is intentional but I had to customize it. 2. Would be great if a small tube of plumbers grease was included. Overall a good product.

The big box hardware had this same item in a single kit. I bought this package of (2 kits) for about half the price the stores wanted for 1 kit. Comparable quality. Many of my DIY projects are supplied by Amazon. I sometimes work on other homes and a second home in another state. I can mail order to anywhere in the country easily for a product I found useful. I sometimes send items to friends or family at different addresses. I have that love-hate relationship with Amazon.
