The battery works fine in my camera, it slides in easily and drops out when you release the catch. I t.ested the battery on my battery capacity tester three times. The first two times I tested it at a current of 1.0 Amp and I got 1.25 Amp Hours out of it, the second time at 1.0 Amp I got 1.30 Amp Hours. I thought that the reason it was testing low compared to its label stated capacity of 2.55 Amp Hours was that I was pulling too much current. So, I tried one more test at a current of 200 milli Amps and I got almost the same capacity of 1.3 Amp Hours, so it looks like the label is very optimistic.

This battery looks identical to the Nikon battery. Held up to several hours of shooting test. Time will tell, but I've had other brands that didn't last and some did. You can't have too many camera batteries. Charged up in a few hours. Packaging was nice enough.
