Overview
SMG series are professionally digital gauges used for maintaining, monitoring and evacuating refrigeration systems and charging refrigerant. The gauges can measure system pressure and display various parameters such as the evaporation temperature of corresponding refrigerant. They have backlight, auto off, unit switch, over range alarm and other functions.

Le manomètre n’est pas pareil. Il n’y a aucun crochet pour l’accrocher et le manomètre n’est pas fait comme sur lui de la photo

Since mini splits only give you a single service port, no sense in having a 2-gauge set unless you're going to use it for something else. You could get an analog gauge cheaper, but this digital gauge lets you see smaller pressure drops when doing a leak test on linesets. It's important to note, though, that it only has 0.5 PSI resolution, but I think that's precise enough.The gauge came with batteries pre-installed and the fittings seem to be of good quality.One other note - you could get the blue low-pressure gauge for a mini split application, but this was the same price at the time so I figured I might as well get one that can handle higher pressure.

I wish the metering end was more clearly marked, but that's what sharpies are for. (Connector -- gauge -- valve -- connector)Otherwise, it's a great valved gauge for the money. Ideal for residential HVAC applications.
