I don't have any problems with the product. I like it very much and use it. It has made my work easier. I have one problem. It only flows into the clean water tank. I don't know if this is the same for everyone or if it's just me.

I have never had a robot vacuum so I’m new to this. She has a lot to do so I feel sorry for her but she has issues. I thought about bringing her back but I think I can do more for her to make her keep running. So my robot is named Rosie and I love her but not her app. I have to do maintenance to her often to keep her happy, cleaning the brush (if you have long hair you’ll have to clean the brush). The app is the worst though. They make you think you can do all these things like separate walls and combine rooms however that does not work in this app. I have tried 1 million different ways. It says you can add furniture however that made the app fail, and I had to redo the map. I have had to redo the app multiple times, starting from scratch like I have a new device. I’m thinking this is from AI but I am completely new to the robot vacuum. I’m super happy not to have to vacuum or mop. That’s why it’s four out of five stars. If they could fix the app, I would give five out of five. I will update as I work with Rosie. Hope she’s a good investment and worker lol.
