They shipped the item quickly and it was a perfect match. But I ended up not needing it and the return process was easy and customer service was great.

Its a perfect replacement but unfortunately they are shipped in a thin bubble envelope. Two of three ordered had the exact same plastic tab broken when arrived. The fan weighing a few pounds and the way packages are handled, the small plastic tab will not survive the trip unless very lucky.
