It’s a DW so you know it’s well-built. Works great with my collectors series. I do prefer the 9000 but this one is lighter and easier to transport.

I was worried that the DW arms were going to be too big for my PDP concept kit, but they were perfect. Never had them tip over or anything

People complaining about a decrease in quality lol! Read the description. This stand was INTENTIONALLY designed to be thinner, lighter and less bulky for those who don’t want the super heavy, robust, back-killer hardware DW is known for. Want the “old” heavy 15 lb stands? Go for the 9000 series. They’re all still available and very popular. But for those of us gigging musicians who want something lighter and less bulky? This stand is perfect.The only thing I’d like to see DW include with their stands are tom mount position locks for the posts. Really shouldn’t have to find and buy those separately. But besides that, a perfectly fine stand.
