Purchased it for a birthday party my tween was attending. The first dress I received was extremely tiny and it didn't have the sizing on it, so based on the measurements I think I was sent the wrong size. I returned it and asked for an exchange and the second time it was the perfect size for my very slim 11 year old. It looked perfect on her!

I'm a woman and I wanted something oversized and would work over sweaters. This is perfect. It's long enough to come to top of my thighs, lightweight, love it.
