The upper idler pulley was wrong... The original lower idler, the small one, exploded and I'm glad I decided to replace. But yeah it would have been nice to have all the pulleys to replace.

The idler pulley was not the same on my 2001 ford escape 2.0. i ended of having to use the old one since none of the local parts stores had it in stock and engine was already apart. The belt and tensioner idler was ok though.

The 2 included idler pulleys are not compatible with my 02 focus 2.0 zetec, see the old one on left. The bearing id does not match and the spacer is wrong depth on the new pulley. Otherwise belt and tensioner are match
