Easy to put together, made it sturdy materials, soft fabric with good support cushions, great reclining feature, rolls easily across the ground, great value for the money, very sturdy!! Also I like the way it looks.

Way better than the chair I was using. Nice support. However, the seat is a little firmer than I like. But, everything is good quality and if you need help customer support gets back quickly.

The color is a bit darker than in the picture, but still a nice hue. The tilt is really nice and the cushions are a comfortable hardness. I think it’s overall a really nice chair.I added a picture of the chair to show it’s a bit more denim-y in color but is still generally the same shade.

Buena silla pero el problema es que mido 1.90 y. Creo q esta diseñada para personas bajitas, tendré que ajustar el cojín del cuello de alguna manera. Por lo pronto lo puse como la foto. Si fuera correcta para mi estatura le daría 5⭐️

Al fin después de tanto tiempo esperando que bajara de precio me llegó mi silla hoy la instale y probé y me encantó el producto cumple con lo que mencionan y trae un masajeador excelente que me va a servir de mucho lo único malo, es que está chico el cable USB que trae pero con un adaptador se compensa.Estaré actualizando conforme pasen los meses.Lo usaré para juegos y cuando pase ratos editando.Gracias.

Assembly: it took me about 30 minutes alone to assemble this chair. The instructions did trip me up very slightly, but I was tired that day. I did need to use my hammer with it's little plastic cover cap to get the wheels in all the way (weak arms) but other than that I did not need any additional tools other than what was provided.Comfort: the cushion is more on the firmer side, but has a nice give. I work from home and this is perfect for me. The chair provides great support for 8 hours of work as long as I sit in the chair properly (not like L from Deathnote, which is a normal posture for me.) The back cushion and head rest are great, though I don't find myself using the vibration thing in the back since it's wired into a USB connection- I just tucked the wire in a chair.Sturdiness: I have had to tighten the arms and back plate twice since I've had this. I don't think that is unusual for a chair that gets used for 8+ hours a day every day. Other than that, it's held up great so far.Value: 100% recommend. I paid about $160-180ish for this chair with a coupon I believe. It's well worth that for how nice the chair is and the variety that Dowinx offers. Other chairs I was looking at when I made this purchase were $200+ in similar styles. I've since purchased another for my friend, and one for her daughter (the cute series.)Almost 5 stars: I took off one star for just a few small reasons: 1) I would have loved if this came with extra screw covers for the arms. I've already lost 3 of them and I'm not sure how to get replacements. They are quite easy to come loose and my cat has stolen and hidden them somewhere. 2) I think the back vibrating cushion would be used more if it was powered by battery pack rather than USB. I'm sure there is something I could buy to do that, but I'm lazy and don't care that much. 3) Assembly instructions were at a very high level. I put things together all the time for my family so I'm okay at it, but I can see someone struggling with the lack of detail in the instructions. I scratched my head a few times and just went with trial and error at some parts.

The comfortability, the massage and the support and the foot rest is unmatchable to any chair I’ve sat in. I will say the foot rest does have a little flexibility and seems slightly flimsy but if your hand and head smart you could make it better. But over all this chair is very nice 99% of the building process, all parts are strong metal very easy to build. The chair (in the color I choose) is very aesthetically pleasing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
