I really enjoy avocados but it was always a mess trying to remove the core and slice the thing. I have purchased other tools and tried all of the supposedly quick and easy methods to make it simpler but that was until this. It is comfortable to hold and handle there is no real mess maybe just a little on the finger pushing the last bit through but once I learn how to hold the skin and push I think that will go away also. Grabbing the seed is so uncomplicated now I just cant say enough about this wonderful tool. Thank you!!!!

The center pit removed rusts.But I use it all the time.I doubt he the shipped part anymore.It's easier to just use the cutter to draw a grid the in avocado had, then squeeze the skin together, squeezing the avocado out into cubes.Perfect for salads, or prepping guacamole.Even though I just use the cutter, it's better than a regular knife because of the shape, the handle, the depth of the cutter, and they is made it of plastic, so it's not too "hard" (like metal).This means it doesn't cut through the skin when I score the avocado mat, and the size and shape of both the "blade" and the handle make it easy to control and handle. At the same time, the blade is perfect for cutting through the avocado skin, when you want it to.It can be difficult to clean avocado may from the corners of the scooper. But, I don't even use that part anymore.I can score success or cubes "rectangles, actually because the depth of the avocado), then squeeze them out. (I doubt need picture perfect).Using the scooper to create slices it hit and miss anyway, depending on the size and shape of the avocado.The pit remover is also but and miss, because avocado puts vary greatly in size. Some are simply too small.But if you squeeze the avocado a bit, and twist the pit removedr, it'll usually work well enough. Otherwise, you can dig the put out with the "knife" edge.

Clever little gadget this is. It does everything in one. I used it once and it is awesome. I highly recommend it as it is so easy to use. The feel of it is good as it has a nice grip and the product quality feels good too.

Not bad overall, but the pit remover doesn't work that well, and it is a difficult shape to put in my back pack to take to work.I prefer the Top-Spring brand (or similar, there seems to be so many companies selling the same one!) to this one.
