Product is just ok. It came scratched up, which I don't appreciate when paying a fairly high price for a relatively simple product. The other issue with it is that the springs that control the dispensing are either too "firm" or are somewhat stuck closed. This results in having to push hard to get powder laundry detergent to dispense, causing the dispenser to fly all the way open and dispense too much detergent. You can get it to work with lightening quick reflexes, but it causes detergent to end up on the floor.Am I glad I bought it? Yes. Is it good value? Not in my opinion.

Easy to install and use. Powder does not come out well - I have a lower humidity area where it’s installed to reduce powder clumping. While it does not clump, it does not funnel well down. If you use some thing more like pebbles, it may dispense better, but I suspect it will have similar issues. Are use the cup to push the hole open, which feels grainy, and it does not slide well because of the powder causing friction and there is nothing pushing the powder down, so it ends up with powder sitting on the sides and a hole in the center after a few uses, you’ll have to check the picture for better understanding.Overall, it has a clean look, and it is a good size, it should hold a couple weeks worth of loads or even a couple months depending on how often you do laundry and how much detergent you use. It weighs almost nothing and the hanger I thought would be less strong because it’s double stick tape basically, but it actually is pretty strong.

Love it. Makes it feel super organized and easier to wash. Only thing for me is the little shelf where the cups rest is a bit small. Any vibration on the wall and they fall. Also don't pack both sides with oxi clean it'll get too heavy for the adhesive tape and the whole thing g will come down. I just filled one side a little more than half way and Dots on the other side.Edit: ok so don't use the mounting plate and all that silliness. Mine just fell off and I never even filled them more than half way. Drilling through it into the wall is your best bet(even though there is no easy way to do that). Lost a lot of good product and the dispenser broke. Lot of money down the drain.

The problem wasn't with the product itself but rather the fact that the double sided tape didn't stick to the plastic well enough to hold up the weight. Used screws to mount it to the wall. It's got a setup that functions similarly to a French cleat so that's be the part I put the screws through, not the container. Drilled a hole big enough for the screw through the plastic first so it wouldn't crack. it works great.Oxyclean powder didn't slip through to the other partition even after impact with the ground, but it's too fine/humidity vulnerable to use in this product. The powder jams up the dispensing mechanism a bit and the humidity (normal in a laundry room) made it clump up so much that it wouldn't come out without additional manual intervention.

Attempted use: Oxyclean laundry powder***Does NOT stop pouring when cup is removed***The granular laundry powder jams the plastic hatch that is supposed to close when cup stops pressing the lever. These are smaller particles than rice or laundry beads so I can imagine those would be even worse. I DID read the description thoroughly and it does indicate that this item is appropriate for laundry powder, so I was not outside the intended scope of use.The powder I filled it with is sodium percarbonate (the active ingredient in oxyclean. I dont pay for bs products, im a fan of sodium percarbonate i am not a fan of oxyclean bc the other ingredients don’t enhance the effectiveness of sodium percarbonate so I refuse to support a company that is up charging people for unnecessary chemicals, I find it all very misleading) anyway, I filled this ridiculous dispenser with sodium percarbonate granules, attached it to the wall, attempted to dispense a cup and when I pulled the cup away it just kept going. It was mounted in a small space in between my washer and the wall so it was a huge pain in the a to clean all the spilled product from the narrow space and UNDER the washing machine. Absolute nightmare.I mounted this bih on the wall, easy… I cannot speak to whether or not it would have held because I removed it from my laundry room. The adhesive is still there as I have not had time to remove it with goo gone and I know from experience these adhesive panels will rip your dry wall apart so that will be another time suck waiting for me thanks to this idiotic product. Then I washed this stupid thing to see if I could use it for cat food. NO! Those pieces get stuck too. By the time I went back to the basement to get the original glass jar I used to keep my sodium percarbonate in and return it to that container hours had passed and I realized I was exactly where I started only I had lost hours cleaning and paid for a now useless product that I am NOT going to spend even more time to return!!!All the stupid little plastic products you see people using on tik tol where they obsessively have a pastel plastic “thing” to complicate nearly every aspect of life from this thing to extra toilet brushes to extra dispensers for toothpaste and shampoo and things that already have their own containers 😡😡😡 get a grip. Stop buying these moronic plastic “convenience” devices that weren’t necessary until you saw an add disguised as a regular person sharing on social media. Those are advertisements selling you plastic garbage. I fell for it. Never again.I wish I never would have ordered this. I lost time, $ and ended up returning to my original solution so literally nothing changed for me except I had to clean a mess, lost $, and hate myself for contributing to the plastic problem we are all going to end up paying for with our health thanks to micro particles of plastic in everything from our food to our water.I will not send this to a landfill since I already committed to it so I will use it to store birdseed outside and access the seed from the top so it doesn’t spill and the annoyance of this will serve as a shameful reminder to avoid such weak minded consumerism in the future.
