The dispenser itself seems fine, but the tape is awful. I have never had packing tape that tears so easily that you can't even get it off the roll. As soon as you get a whole strip of tape going, it instantly starts tearing into thinner and thinner strips, and then gets stuck to the roll. Avoid at all costs.

I could not explain how wonderful this is, you really need one! I have 2. I love it and it makes packing so much easier. I use it for so many things now! This is heavy duty enough to work smoothly and easy.

This dispenser is incredibly frustrating to use. It sticks so much to the metal plate holding the tape from going back into the roll, that I can't get it to pull out easily because it is stuck on the metal plate.

First of all, it doesn't come with instructions, so you will have to guess at how to put the roll on and apply tape! It took me a while, (in frustration) to finally figure how, and to apply tape without it rolling back into the dispenser!KEEP THE TAPE ROLL FROM TOUCHING BOX (or hold it) WHEN CUTTING, OR IT WILL ROLL BACK INTO THE DISPENSER!! Make sure the roll doesn't spin too freely either. Tighten the nut for that.Happy taping now! :)The included 2 rolls of tape made it a bargain!Just don't drop the dispenser, or it probably will break! The handle and a few other parts are plastic!
