I am usually a true medium and rarely ever fit into a small, I sometimes have to size up to a large. I reviewed the sizing chart and everything, making sure this would fit and when it arrived, I tried it on and it was huge. I double-checked what size I ordered in case I accidentally got a large, but I did indeed ordered a medium. If you do order this, make sure you size down or are very confident you'll fit into it.

I ordered and XS and everything that came was too big. The parts of the belt also do not attach to it in any way.

I got an XS and it was too big from the shins to the belt to the arm bands.
