clip is strong keeps paper in order and does not slip out. If this fails I would buy it again.

My first review (1 star) complained that there was no info sheet -and I could not find an on/off switch. Well there is still no sheet, butI have now found *them* andf they work - one on the outer end of each arm,click on click off (not obvious: black on black) -I had to take the item apart before I noticed them !It appears that if the usb is plugged in, the batteries are disconnected.So - now I find this a worthwhile buy
