First off, I am not a spokesperson nor do I have any affiliation with Ozeri. We received this opener as a gift a few years ago and we just loved it. The ease of use, the novelty, yet the device is very sturdy and reliable and has had no issues with regular use. We've since bought six or seven of these for all our friends. It's a perfect casual and affordable gift (with or without a bottle) for anyone that drinks wine (and let's face it, that's just about everyone :). Buy this corkscrew - I promise you will not be disappointed!

Siempre sufrí un poco para abrir vinos, pero este producto lo hace muy fácil y la carga dura bastante. Honestamente muy recomendable, todo al toque de un botón.

Al "abridor de vino eléctrico" le cuesta trabajo extraer el corcho. Sólo he podido extraer dos corchos por carga. Estoy decepcionado de este producto, tengo otro "saca corchos" eléctrico marca Oster y definitivamente el Oster es mucho mejor en desempeño y además incluye base de carga, cortador de papel aluminio y recipiente de acero para mantener fría la botella de vino.

elegi Oster FPSTBW8207-S Electric Wine Bottle... producto porque es una opcion rapida para abrir botellas de vino, siendo mujer abrir una botella de vino era dificultoso para mi. la marca garantiza el producto ya que en mi cocina tengo utensilios de esa marca que me han resultado magnificos Atte.Ma De Los Angeles Camara Hernandez

Works as well as any other electric wine opener I've had. Looks nice. I particularly like that it can be used while charging.UPDATE #1: been using this for four weeks on the initial charge, opening one bottle every day, and it's still going strong! And the built-in foil cutter works much better than my $25 Le Creuset Black Foilcutter.UPDATE #2: The claim that this gadget will open 40 bottles on a single charge is WRONG! I've now opened 42 bottles on the initial charge, and it's STILL GOING STRONG! So much for truth in advertising. ;-)UPDATE #3: It finally ran out of gas on August 1, having opened one bottle of wine every day since June 1, a total of 62 bottles on the initial charge. Recharging now.UPDATE #4: Ran out of gas again on October 8 after opening another 60+ bottles. Recharging now for the only the 2nd time in 130 days.UPDATE #5: On December 14, after yet another 60+ bottles, the Ozeri was finally getting weak again and I decided to plug in the charger. This is only the third recharging in 180+ bottles of wine — each charge has managed to open more than 60 bottles. I think that's remarkable, MUCH better than I expected. Highly recommended, especially considering the price and ease of use.

hab den Öffner meiner Frau als Geschenk bestellt, kam wie avisiert sehr kurzfristig und wie üblich sehr gut verpackt ohne jegliche Mängel bei uns an. Hat bis dato schon sehr gute Dienste geleistet.Leistung ist genau wie beschrieben, einfach super leicht zu bedienen, besonders für das "schwache" Geschlecht. Ladezyklen werden kontinuierlich im ganz normalen Rahmen kürzer. Hab das Ding schon einige Jahre und "Ich" bin immer noch zufrieden. Wenn`s ein neuer werden muss, jederzeit wieder derselbe.

I bought this wine opener as a Christmas present for my mom. I figured even if the foil cutter didn't work it's the opener that she really needed, but everything worked great! The cutter did cut the foil but didn't get it all the way off at first, and even though my mom twisted the opener all around as it was pulling out the cork it still came out perfectly. This was also all while pulling out a synthetic cork, I should note.The opener came in its own box and was packaged nicely so it wouldn't move around and get damaged during transport, and it even came with a little bit of charge so that it could be demonstrated when opened. There's a pretty blue light that shines when you use it, and it comes with a charger (just like a phone charger) that can be removed when not in use. It also stands up by itself, which is nice because it doesn't have to go into a drawer (though it could definitely fit). It's a bit smaller than I expected, but I had only seen the big black ones before. This one is a really good size I think, it's easy to hold.The foil cutter on hers didn't break, and still hasn't to my knowledge. It's the whole top chrome piece that you see in the picture. It twists off (there are little arrows that say "open" and "close") and then you squeeze the sides and turn it while it's on a wine bottle to cut the foil. The blades might be plastic, I tried to tell but couldn't, but even if they broke it seems like the top would still twist back on and leave you with a perfectly functional opener.I loved it, great opener. And that's not just "great, for the price" because it really is one of the best openers I could find on Amazon. It works great, looks great, and was a great present!

Got the wine opener, opened the box and heard a rattle. The foil cutter was already broken. It is the top piece of the wine opener. Yes, it could still be used without it but it just didn't look right without it. I decided to return it.The major flaw is if you squeeze the foil cutter while on the wine opener, in any other position other than "open" it will cut the piece that is supposed to keep the foil cutter in place!No complaints about the wine opener! It worked perfectly, just wish the foil cutter was better placed.
