Holds a lot of books, but hard to see which book. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Great price and delivery.

The height was good and it can keep many books! Assembly was also easy and fast. However indeed there was a chemical smell coming off the fabric and we had to air overnight. Even then there was some residual smell but it went off after a few days. Hopefully whatever it was, it was within industry safety standards..
