As per Amazon Description for an excellent product- This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors.--Not true at all if it were cleaned professionally the Sticker Marks would not still be present; the water marks and gunk on the keyboard would not be an issue- This product is in "Excellent condition". The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away.-- The attached photos speak for themselves- Accessories may not be original, but will be compatible and fully functional. Product may come in generic box.-- The Finger print sensor does not work.Need I say more. Amazon Renewed Guarantee. I now know how much that is worth.Thanks .....

Excelente producto funciona muy bien buen rendimiento y excelente velocidad.Solo falto incluir el cargador, aunque esta especificado en la publicación.

Everything seems to be good but the sound does not work updated all drivers and os to windows 11 and sound still does not work u guys need to make sureall the hard wear works on a refurbished device befor reselling to ppl I can deal with a software problem but not a hard wear one

I was so excited to receive this high end Dell Latitude tablet PC! It came with an attached pen which was I wasn't expecting... a pleasant surprise! But I don't plan to use the pen often. I set everything up fast and discovered that my tablet was also eligible for an upgrade to Windows 11 pro so I upgraded cause I like Windows 11 more than Windows 10 and some older versions of these tablet pcs do not have sufficient hardware requirements to upgrade.I ran into a small problem with the camera not working. After troubleshooting in device manager, I discovered that the camera was missing its drivers. It was an easy fix by going to the Dell website support page, allowing Dell to scan my pc and determine the drivers that my tablet pc needed to upgrade and install. Some were urgent driver upgrades with the bios system. After installing about 10 upgraded drivers for different components, I rebooted my tablet and then my camera finally worked!Overall, I am extremely pleased with this tablet pc. I am enjoying the speed and high quality specifications it has such as the Intel Core I-7 Processor, 16 gig of RAM and solid state drive which makes this tablet pc very fast and able to run multiple applications at once without skipping a beat.

The cosmetics were in terrible condition, and the camera didn't work. It could run multiple programs without a problem but I wouldn't recommend purchasing this
