The computer had no HDMI port but it came with a DisplayPort (DP) to HDMI adapter (not as listing says). Clean good-condition computer with good specs for the price. Prompt shipping, good packaging. Needed some tech know-how and troubleshooting to setup. First, it did not display to monitor using its native DisplayPort via adapter. I had to plug in my own graphics card to see and setup the computer. I then needed to update the BIOS, install Windows updates, and update drivers. Even after lengthy updates, connecting to the native DP still do not work. Took me 3 hours. If you don't have DP-supported monitor and DP cables or your own graphics card, then this will be a big problem.Overall, 3 stars. For my use, it's a good robust computer for the price, if you can figure it out. For 5 stars, seller needs to remove HDMI from listing title, and computer needs to come "plug-and-play" quickly.

Short Version: It works great, worthy of considerationLong Version: My old computer was 13 years old and and I was perfectly happy with it. It did everything I needed it to do and after upgrading to a SSD and better graphics card I would have kept it until it died. Then came Windows 11 and sadly it did not meet the specs required for upgrading. Thanks a lot Microsoft. I would have loved to have purchased a new computer but after retiring it just wasn't feasible, especially because I need to get one for my wife too. So I started looking for a refurbished one. I looked at many and read all the reviews. Some were good, others were bad with all of them and the bad ones commanded the most of my attention, this one was no exception. This one met all the specs I wanted so I crossed my fingers and ordered it. It arrived and was well packaged in a cardboard box and protected with the best bubble wrap I've ever seen. A keyboard and mouse was also included but I didn't use them as I consider the ones I already had to be superior. The only blemish I found on the case is where a sticker that displayed the model number had been taken off, other than that it looked brand new. I opened the case and examined the internal components and found the inside to be clean. One of the things I had really wanted was a HDMI port because I use a 4K TV for my monitor. There is no built in HDMI port on this computer, a display port to HDMI adapter was included in the box. I didn't use it because anticipating this problem I had ordered a display port to HDMI cable prior to the computer arriving. I had been worried that sound would not be transmitted along with the video but that was not the case, the sound works fine. The built in graphics card in this computer is not adequate for modern gaming but it does output 4K video just fine and I'm not a gamer anyway. If you are thinking about purchasing this computer and intend to use it for gaming be aware that the power supply is not powerful enough for most newer graphic cards and it will be very difficult to upgrade it. It will also require a half height card due to the limited space inside the case. A lot of the computers I looked at either had no wifi or used a USB wifi adapter for wireless connectivity and bluetooth. I'm happy to say that both bluetooth and wireless are built into this computer and they both function flawlessly. I tested the DVD drive by burning a data CD and it worked with no problem. All of the USB ports functioned and when I checked the SSD, memory and processor they were all of the specs that were advertised. I was able to activate Windows 11 with no problem when setting the computer up. There are two expansion slot on the motherboard, a PCI-e x16 and a PCI-e X4. I'm very happy with this purchase, it runs circles around my old PC, and when I get one for my wife I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from TekRefurbs again.

A VGA to HDMI adapter needed to connect my screen to the computer. The keyboard is very bad. I reconnected my existing keyboard that has all the keys letters in very clear white.

The delivery date was as promised. I did have questions about some of the hardware details and it's capabilities. I had called after hours and left a message. I received a call back the next business day. I did call Tech support about other questions and neither time did they seem to be patronizing. I did send an email with no response.The machine is clean with no physical damage. There were no surprises with the software or hardware. I did have to complete setup of the OS, which I was happy to do due to being able to setup OS as I liked.
