Compared to buying a new laptop, this unit is a steal! Rugged, top of the line Dell machine. Came in perfect condition and appearance. Immediately updated it to Windows 11 with absolutely no problems.

Overall, laptop is ok. I am finding issue with the battery life without being plugged to the power, it has only 6 hours lasting. the video quality is not great but works just fine. It is fast and not heavy at all. I am using it for basic tasks.

Reviewing from CanadaThe laptop arrived one day earlier. It came well packed in an amazon larger box (you don't see in pictures) that contains the company's box (included in pictures). Package was similar to a brand new laptop.A very clean (looks new) charger is included in the box.The laptop itself was in an excellent condition. No signs of usage or wear at all, except a minor scratch on the connection between the screen and the keyboard that you barely see, I didn't even bother taking a picture of.No signs of wear on ports (USB - Charging port - audio - etc).Once you open the laptop, you find the warranty document.Came with windows 10 installed.I made sure the specifications (RAM - processor - Hard desk) meet the description.Everything works so far; USB ports, audio output, Wifi, and keyboard (backlit)I am not a heavy user, but the battery (so far) seems to last for more than three hours.I'll update on battery life in the next few days, and I'll keep updating this review if anything comes up.But overall, I am happy with the condition of the product. way better than what I expected.This is my first time buying a refurbished laptop, but it's worth it (so far)

Realmente dudaba que fuera a llegar el equipo solicitado y, también había incertidumbre por la condición en la que fuera a llegar.Tardó casi una semana en llegar y viene muy bien empacada.Al encenderla por primera vez puedes configurar el Windows en español con teclado latinoamericano (viene con un teclado físico de EUA).Lo primero que hice fue verificar las características del equipo. Confirmo que SÍ es un procesador de 8va. generación y 16 en RAM.En estética tiene un 10. No tiene ningún rasguño. Eso sí, las huellas se quedan marcadas en la parte superior, por lo que recomiendo colocar una funda para evitar que se queden marcadas las huellas.La batería está al 100% aunque no he comprobado la duración en un horario continuo de trabajo, pero les puedo decir que por lo menos dura 4 horas de funcionamiento continuo.Recomiendo mucho este equipo y también recomiendo adquirir la garantía extendida.

En lo personal es la segunda experiencia que tengo en compra de laptop refubrished...ESTA ME ENCANTO, simplemente le doy 10...10 de 10...me dedico a la tecnologia, se de computadoras, no soy un usuario que no sepa lo que tiene en mano...SE PERFECTO LO QUE ES, LO QUE TENGO y vuela...definitivamente volveria a comprar en un futuro...la laptop es estetica, rapida MUY RAPIDA...Y PARECE 100% NUEVA, tal cual...NUEVA....A MI SI SEÑORES, ME FUE MUY MUY BIEN, gracias al proveedor y gracias Amazon, la entrega rapida considerando que llega desde USA...15 dias aprox....saludos.

I LOVE my new little (12.5") Super fast Business Class DELL PC!When searching for a PC this one hit all the hot points for me. I needed a small, FAST (16 gb ram) computer for my specific business need. I needed a small, very light-weight laptop that runs Windows10 Pro and NOT Windows 11! I have business software that requires Windows 10. However, I wanted a PC that can be upgraded to Windows 11 and as noted in my included picture this PC will upgrade to 11!I wanted a inexpensive PC that had the modern fast usb jacks on the side and access for wired networking as well a fast duel band WIFI,This PC looked to hit all the needed specs I was looking for so out of all PC's I ordered THIS ONE and happy I did!This PC offered prime next day shipping ( YES ONE DAY) Shipping ! So product arrived super fast and packed well.I was so impressed when opening the box as everything was packed perfect and protected very well in a air tube bag. The PC is beautiful and after close inspection I received MORE than I expected as this is a refurbished PC but it was so clean and looked brand NEW!I only see one tiny mark on the front edge of this PC ( picture included ) I wonder was this perhaps a factory mark when new? Regardless I expected a few scratches but no it looks NEW! I was actually amazed this PC to my eye looked brand new!I love the backlit keys that were in perfect condition and looked unused. Most refurbished laptops will at a minimum show marking or color change on the track pad or keys suggesting prior use but not this PC, looks NEW!On boot everything was fresh, fast and perfect, zero bloatware, no leftover strange software noting but a fresh, clean Windows 10 PRO install! Exactly what I was looking for, PERFECT! I found nothing strange during setup like I have experienced on so many past PC purchases but NOTE! Windows tries hard to make you upgrade to windows 11 when doing the first setup / update. Windows, almost IMO tricks you into choosing to upgrade to 11, just be aware and read what you are clicking when doing the first setup and first updates the first time! I love that I can upgrade to 11 as many / most other options I found would not allow 11 upgrading without side loading etc...I debated about the small size of this 12'5" screen. After a day with my new laptop I have some thoughts about the screen that IMO are important if you are considering this laptop as its perfect for my need but may not be perfect for your need.I would normally go big on my screen size. I love large screens for graphic art, even watching a movie but this tiny PC's size ( about the size as a sheet of copy paper and a tiny bit thicker than the pencil on its size) is perfect for my specific need. I need for my business on-site service calls and will go with me, carried easy in one hand when I am walking into a job site! This little PC wont take up much space on my customers crowded desktops so PERFECT size for my specific need. I like the size when I get home and need to use it on my crowded desktop or even in the bed at night as its more tablet size than PC size!The only negative I can find about this great PC is the screen. The look of this screen reminds me of my laptop screen of laptops I used 15+ years ago. I would suggest this is a BUSINESS CLASS 720 HD screen, NOT a 1080+HD screen. Being only 12.5" 720 HD you are limited to video greatness. Understand you don't get a mega bright, bold colors movie screen you may see on new made for home use laptops!If you are looking for a PC to watch HD movies at home on a regular basis or if you are looking for a PC to do critical video editing you may want or need a better, larger screen and can find better options but for my business needs and a occasional YouTube I am happy with my choice as I chose this PC for its small size and mega fast performance and low price point knowing the screen limitations.All in ALL I feel like I got MUCH, MUCH better than I expected when purchasing this PC.I honestly can't believe how fast this PC is, Fantastic fast!I can't believe how well it was packed and the as new condition! Very Happy!I can't believe how small and light-weight this tiny PC is. It's almost the size of a small tablet.My past experience suggest business class Dell products are built better and built for long life! Not consumer grade stuff you find in a big box.I am a very happy customer! Five stars!

A muy buen precio y funciona perfectamente, luce como nueva. Es de lo mejor, ya hace unos meses que la tengo y no ha fallado!

Todo lo está bien con el equipo para el precio, el único detalle es que se puede notar claramente la teclas que fueron reemplazadas por qué estas no encienden, fuera de eso parece nueva

La laptop funciona bien... a medias, la duracion de la bateria al principio parace estar bien, dura unos 40 minutos, primero parace estar bien, pero de repente pasa de 87% a 6% y en un minuto se apaga, a pesar de que mandan una hojita del check completo y maracan la bateria como ok. Pero lo que realmente me decepciono es que el teclado no esta en español ni ingles, es otro idioma que no identifico, personalmente se donde esta cada signo que necesito, pero la lap no es para mi. Si eso no les molesta, es una buena laptop por el precio que tiene.

The laptop I got was in very good condition with 16gb, extremely quick to load and so far I am very satisfied with the performance.

Honestamente me sorprendió bastante por el precio, era la primera vez que compraba una laptop reacondicionada, llegó en buenas condiciones, bien protegida, trae los 16 de ram que promete, y un ssd m.2 de 256GbFunciona bastante bien, enciende en aproximadamente 20 segundos, la batería le dura entre 3-5 horas (depende el uso)En mi caso el teclado tiene retroiluminación y lector de huellas digitales, la cámara tiene una resolución decente (no es la mejor, pero es mucho mejor que muchas webcams de laptops)Funciona bastante bien con Linux Manjaro y entorno KDE, y con Ubuntu (tengo entendido que tiene soporte oficial para Ubuntu por parte del fabricante), me siento muy satisfecho por la compra
