It sounded a bit to good to be true and decided to gamble on this item because of their positive company reviews but now I'm having regrets. The item arrived on time and took it out of the box to get setup. I didn't bother trying to plug into the charger because I wanted to see if it had any battery and could start using. It seemed to have enough so I started to go through the Windows Setup process but when I got to the wifi connection screen, the screen started flickering uncontrollably at various speeds for probably around 5 seconds before it stopped. It seemed to happen when I hit one of the keyboard keys on the lower right of the keyboard but then couldn't get to duplicate the issue.I managed to finish the setup process without it happening again and thought that maybe it was some weird one-time thing and chose to ignore. By this point, I got a notification that the battery was critically low and needed to charge it. That was when I pulled out the charger and realized it was not a USB C charger. Instead I was sent some strange charger cord with an adaptor on it for another device and can't even use.I turned off the laptop and since I was thinking of returning at this point, I realized that my personal information was on it so I tried to power it back on but it won't turn back on. Now I am stuck with a non-powered device with my personal info on it and don't want to send it back with my personal info on it but also don't have the right charger for it.I would be very cautious with this device and company. To not be able to put the right charger with the laptop is such a simple and minor detail that should be easily avoided. Maybe I'm being to critical but it's alarming that such a simple thing could be overlooked and makes me wonder what else could have been missed with the internal components and "renewed" laptop that I bought.Oh, and lastly, the laptop arrived pretty dirty and gross with certain parts even being a little "sticky" on the sides :/Not a great first experience buying from this seller and product. Purchase with caution.
