This is a really nice pc at a great price. (about $190). Refurb but like brand new. The full hd screen (1080P - a must) is very sharp and colorful. The 2.5ghz i5 processor is more than adequate for home office type work. The 500+ gb SS drive is large and fast. Glad I purchased to replace an aging Latitude 6510. Lighted keys are a nice feature. Came with w10, which was upgraded to w11 with no issues. Smaller and lighter than the 6510, but still has a solid feel.

Lo compre hace un mes, me a salido muy buena hasta el moneto no e tenido ningun detalle con el equipo(en rendimiento ofuncionamiento); lo unico es que le tube que comprar la lincencia de windows (no es costosa).

Spent a good amount of time looking for an affordable Latitude and was hopeful of this gem. Considering it was refurbished, I would've been content with the missing rubber feet or the broken right-click. However, multiple blue screen crashes with different stop codes each time made this laptop unusable. This was likely caused by either poorly installed RAM/SSD or something got dislodged during shipping. Unfortunately when I tried to run Dell's on-board diagnostics to figure out where the problem started the laptop began to not even boot up. Didn't feel comfortable fiddling with the internals so the question remains unanswered at the time of this review.

The set includes a charging unit for 65W, but the system says that it should be 90W. A broken pixel on the left side of the screen

Llegó totalmente protegida, estética impecable y funcionando correctamente, contenía una hoja de instrucciones para la configuración del dispositivo lo cual ayuda mucho.

La verdad tengo un poco más de un mes de uso y durante ese tiempo me funcionó a la perfección, iniciaba rápido, corría las aplicaciones bien.Hasta que hace una semana tuvo un pantallazo azul y de ahí ya no funcionó. Siempre que trataba de iniciar Windows me salía la pantalla azul e intenté instalar el sistema y cada que termina el proceso me dice que no encuentra el sistema operativo.La verdad si es tu primera opción opino que busques otra laptop.Actualizaré mi comentario si logro encontrar la falla.

The only problems I've had with this computer is a protective coating trying to peel off and Microsoft security updates screwing up the video settings (to fix, uninstall them). It is spectacularly fast. Easy on the eyes. You can get a keyboard protector, which I recommend doing for any laptop.About 25 years ago, I ordered dozens of Dell computers for colleges where I was responsible for their networks and classroom setup. A couple monitors came dead out of the box and were replaced. A few computers came dead due to virus scanners. Those I fixed easily enough. I can't say I've ever had a hardware problem with Dell that was unresolved.When I saw this at such a great price, I couldn't resist. Huge screen. I haven't run off battery long enough to run out yet. Separate blue tooth mouse was easy to set up, and the other pointing devices were easy to shut off. I'd love the camera to also point away from the user, and a Ferrari.... Seriously, I couldn't ask for better at this price.
