The Good:-Shipping was fast one day-Device was physically in like new shape-Price was fine for what I SHOULD have gottenThe Bad:-It didn't work, why? The hard drive was not detected as a bootable device though it was detected by system scans.To elaborate more, it was not an option in the BIOS as a boot up device. It was like it was not even connected.I took off the back of the laptop and reconnected the hard drive and no luck.I tried various trouble shooting options in the BIOS to try and get it to see the hard drive and no luck.Finally I just pulled that faulty hard drive and put in one from another spare parts laptop I had and that hard drive was seen and booted right up since it was good to go but the machine it was in has a dead motherboard.This gets 2 stars because the average Joe would not have the parts, the knowledge, or the ability to troubleshoot and fix this machine and would have to send it back.I did not send it back because 1. They sent it busted to begin with so I have no faith they would fix it better than I could. 2. I need to have this in use within 1 day of receiving it so I don't have the time to send machines back and forth.This is clearly a quality control problem with the setup for it to run. I don't know if this is a common issue with this vendor but I know plenty of refurb computer vendors have quality issues because they just crank these things out without 100% verification the machines boot up and run without hardware or software issues.If this thing booted up and ran I would have given it 5 stars but I effectively received a non-functioning hunk of plastic that took me 2 hours to bring back to life.I am hoping your experience is better and I am hoping this is a one off situation because the other reviews were decent, the product was priced well, and everything was looking perfect until I turned it on.

Horrible support. Laptop died after customer had it for a week.Keyboard also was bad and had to be replaced.

So disappointed in this refurbished dell computer because the keyboard sticks-making it hard to even type this review.What a waste of money.

Me encantó, solo tiene pequeños detalles estéticos uno que otro rasguño, las bocinas están al 100, el touch sin problemas, solo que estaba un poco sucia la pantalla seguro de que estaba almacenada, el empaquetado fue bueno, solo que el cargador como no cambia bien dentro de la caja lo dejaron suelto aunque no hubo problema con eso, la entrega fue súper rápida literal un día, el repartidor amable y atento, la lap llegó con las especificaciones indicadas un i5 décima generación, 16 de ram, 512 de SSD, la batería llegó con el 99%, el único detalle es que el Windows que traía para configurar era en inglés pero nada qué no se resuelva, un poco raro el teclado Pero funciona al 100, lo mismo el pad y también el touch de la pantalla, por el momento me encantó solo falta ver cómo funciona con el tiempo ya que será para uso de la universidad pero fue una compra excelente también por el precio y además del cupón! Super recomendado el vendedor.

El equipo llegó en excelente estado, todo funciona correctamente hasta el momento, me llegó con procesador Core i5 10310u, en lo demás cumple con lo descrito, solo con marcas de uso en la parte de abajo y en una tecla (apenas perceptible).

Viene en excelentes condiciones, el único pero es la batería dura un poco menos de lo que debería,pero aún así es muy recomendable.
