I was using a work computer with no onboard graphics, leaving mini display port as my only option. Plugged this in, and it worked perfectly, allowing me to finally use dual monitors. It feels solid, and I haven't had any issues with flickering or losing connection, even while accidentally kicking cords around under my desk. So far, so good. I will update if anything changes.

The fixtures are the perfect addition to our coastal condo. They definitely impart a nautical ambience to our hallway. The seeded glass globe is substantial and the wire cage surrounding the glass throws a pleasing light pattern on the ceiling. Installation was a snap. The fixtures were securely packaged in styrofoam and arrived quickly. A stylish and economical choice!

It works fine but if you move the laptop at all, it resets or the connection gets lost momentarily. It comes back but it’s a little finicky. It works fine if you’re not moving your equipment around.

There were some cheaper ones but they also had reviews indicating some were troublesome. The Dell item had the best ratings and to me that was worth paying a little extra for them. They work and I don't have to worry about them.

My wife wanted these because they reminded her of a ships lantern, I installed a few of them and she is well pleased. The light is warm and dim, nice for bedrooms for sure. If you want a bright light you’ll have to get a different bulb, but as is they have a very gentle cast. We really like them.

I mounted the light near the bottom of the stairways down to the Man Cave, works great. Very heavy duty and a good value. Took longer to around up my tools than to install.

I just love the way it lights up my kitchen and looks in my kitchen! It makes it look more modern. Also, I like how it doesn’t hang it screws up touching the ceiling. It was difficult to find the holes for the screws to go up in the ceiling, but after that it was so easy to install. I would highly recommend this unique lighting.
