El cargador no funcionaba, recibi una buena laptop sin rayones, pero a la hora de conectar el cargador no funcionaba, no cargaba. La verdad tengo que regresarlo. Que mal.

Muy buena laptop, el procesador es suficiente para usar software dedicado al dibujo y cálculo estructural cómo AutoCAD,Sketchup,ETABS, SAP2000, ROBOT Structural, etc. Cuenta con algunos detalles esteticos minimos pero casi ni se notan.

It works great! I did by an external hard drive to have more memory for downloading. I'll be using this strictly for my laser that I purchased. No issues so far. Very pleased.

La laptop es tal cual lo que te ofrecen, el equipo solo tiene unos detalles estéticos, pero en su funcionamiento está muy bien, es muy potente, la pantalla es buena, cuánto con Bluetooth y demás características. Me encanta, estoy muy satisfecho, llegó bien empaquetado y con un cargador original, Excelente equipo

they send me locked laptop but there support was so quick and get another one very fast the item come in secure package and work prefect will buy from theme again

I got this laptop for travel and as a Linux workstation. Aside from hibernation/sleep (I have not fussed with it much) everything works out of the box with Ubuntu Linux. The laptop, overall, was clean and functional.The main gripe I have is that they installed a smaller battery then normal for a DELL Latitude 5490. They provided a 56Whr vs the normal 68WHr battery. The battery stopped holding a charge after 4.5 month requiring me to buy a replacement (which I got from Amazon for low cost). Considering that this model has a high amount of memory and a good CPU, I still would recommend. Since it is a Latitude the battery was easy to replace. If anything else fails in the future (like the SSD) it will be easy to replace.When you get a used anything, expect something to not be 100%. I was not surprised the battery was crap but was hoping to go closer to a year before having to replace it. Either way, I still feel it is solid and will be a workhorse for years to come.

Todo llego bien, pero el cargador no funciona solo hace pitidos. pero la laptop funciona muy bien no tiene detalles visibles
