Really cute 40th birthday decorations. They're made with decent card-stock and typical velum materials and look great. They shipped quickly and look true to the ad; I think it's worth the $15 asking price, but I wouldn't pay a penny more. The only problem I had wasn't with the product or how it was represented, it was with my own observational skills. I didn't click through all the ad's photos or watch the video, so I just assumed it was a take-it-right-out-of-the-package-and-put-it-up kinda deal and it isn't...you have to thread the ribbon through a bunch of little holes to actually string it up, so if you are planning on just whipping it out for fast decorating to surprise someone, don't. Haha. Learn from me and plan ahead!
