Unit was in very nice condition upon arrival. As we were giving the PC an initial charge, I noticed the charge percentage was not increasing. This was due to a Microsoft update was needed. So after a few hours of MS updates, and setting the PC up for my son to use at school, we found the battery would not hold a charge and only last about 8 min. I have ordered a replacement battery as this was my fastest option and am asking the seller to reimburse for the battery. I will keep this thread up to date. 2 Days later, the replacement battery is working well. Since the original batter was dead on delivery, I got the 65w one. The 65w battery gives it a 10hr use time. But as for any kind of response to my communications of disappointment has fallen on unethical ears. I will never buy from this store and recommend you don't either.

Aside from a few fingerprint smudges, product seems like new. Initial set up walks you through all the same steps as a new one. So far we're happy

El equipo está en muy buenas condiciones, el sistema viene con virus, hay que formatear e instalar sistema desde cero, por todo lo demás el equipo muy bien.

Es exactamente como se describe en la publicación. Viene bien protegida y parece nueva. El cargador es original. La tengo desde hace 2 semanas y hasta ahora no he tenido ningún problema, solo que la pila se descarga algo rápido.En cuanto a juegos, sólo he jugado Fortnite pero lo corre muy bien. La recomiendo plenamente, vale mucho la pena por el precio :).

Venia con algunos detalles estéticos que a simple vista no se distinguen sin embargo era algo que ya era consciente que podría ocurrir, viene en inglés y el teclado también, no trae ñ, fuera de eso funciona correctamente hasta el momento .

Físicamente un 9.5, está limpiecita, sólo la pantalla si la ves de perfil se aprecian unas lucecitas a la izquierda pegadas al marco y el puerto 3.5 de audio solo funciona con audifonos que tengan micro integrado si solo son audifonos no trabaja.Me tocó con teclado retroiluminado, todas las teclas prenden, y tambien trae la charola para una tarjeta sim, es solo para conectar a internet no para hacer llamadas, funciona ok.En cuanto a la pila ví un par de pelis en streaming, aprox. 3hr y 20 mins, y bajó de 100% a 58% lo cual me parece muy bien, trae wifi 2.4 y 5.0 y jala perfecto.Del sistema operativo es donde la puerca torció el rabo, nada más arrancar mandó el error: PXE-E61: Media Test Failure, Check Cable, recurrí al dr. google y asunto resuelto.Ya ingresados mis datos se quedó aprox. 12 hrs en "just a moment" de nuevo el dr. google lo resolvió.Ya que por fín pude ingresar se actualizó y al reinicia desapareció el recuadro donde tecleas el PIN y ahí sí me quedó mal el dr. google, no se pudo solucionar tratando con 6 opciones diferentes. Tuve que ir a la tienda del sr. torrente y pedir prestada una versión de windows 10 en español, la que traía es en inglés, hice una instalación limpia y ya quedó.La máquina es rápida, se calienta normal y pesa poco más un kilo, mejor que una tablet. Buena compra.

Me dedico a la reparación de computo desde hace bastante tiempo y decidí comprarla ya que si el equipo tenia alguna falla podría repararlo, pero mi sorpresa es que todo llegó en excelentes condiciones.- Es de 12 pulgadas por lo que no es muy grande pero tampoco tan pequeña como una netbook.- El procesador es un Corei5 de 6ta generación pero no es para dejarse engañar por esto ya que es bastante rápido y se trabaja muy bien.- Tiene un SSD M2 de 512GB que al ser de esta tecnología le da un plus en la velocidad bastante considerable.- 16GB en memoria RAM que ayudan a que el procesador trabaje en su máxima capacidad y mantiene el equipo en una velocidad óptima por bastante tiempo.- La antena WiFi tiene bastante rango, más que una antena promedio por lo que tendrás muy buena conexión, incluso a largas distancias.- El bluetooth trabaja correctamente.- El teclado viene con retroiluminación con 2 intensidades.- La batería está trabajando bien, reteniendo la carga de 2 a 3 hrs dependiendo el tipo de uso del equipo.- El Audio tiene buen volumen por encima de la media aunque al subir el volumen al máximo se oye solo un poco saturado.- La estética del equipo es de 10, sin rayones ni golpes.- El único detalle es que el teclado viene en ingles y el sistema operativo también, le instalé windows 11 en español a pesar que el fabricante no ofrece drivers para windows 11. Los de windows 10 son perfectamente compatibles.Conclusión: es una buena compra el precio es bajo comparado con los beneficios, si quieres un equipo pequeño pero potente esta es tu opción.

We purchased 2 of these since the price was great for a machine with the specs that were described. We continue to be impressed with the performance of these machines! Condition of chassis overall is very close to description with no major scratches deep enough to be visible from more than 12" away. One charger that we received is not charging this device even though the green light on the transformer block seems to indicate that it is functioning normally. We were compensated by the seller for the cost of replacing that power supply and reassured that this arrangement will not affect our ability to return the devices should we need to, but we do not anticipate this will be required based on the performance thus far. One of the units had a crack on the bottom to either side of the plastic frame of the display panel that appears to be only cosmetic at the time of this initial evaluation. The other one does appear to have about a 1-millimeter square section of dead pixels in the middle of the screen. However, the screen does appear to be capable of 1920 x 1080 resolution even though the Windows System Information is reporting a max resolution of 1366 x 768. This results in a sharper image overall with better legibility of small text. We are willing to overlook the dead spot because of this. Boot time is generally less than 60 seconds between the press of the power button to the prompt for Windows login credentials. We experienced no irregularities with importing our personal Windows accounts and installing OS updates. Also, one of the BIOS updates directly from the Dell website has restored functionality of the fingerprint scanner and it now recognized by the OS as a biometric device that is compatible with the Windows Hello Secure login protocols. The system is remaining responsive throughout the process of queueing up dozens of firmware, drivers and Windows and is downloading and executing simultaneously with no discernable lag. We are having no trouble maintaining connection to both the 5 GHz and 2.5 GHz signals for our private Wi-Fi Network event though we are in the basement and our router is on the 1st floor and 3 rooms over, as far as architectural barriers are concerned. We have encountered the warning from the Windows health check tool that the generation of the processor is not officially supported for use with windows 11, but we may eventually try to see if it will work and if it does, we will add that 5th star for our review at that time.

I bought this Laptop for my daughter who just had her PC crater and needed a basic computer for checking emails, web-surfing and social media. Nothing too intense. I know I can trust Dell for durability and support, so I took the gamble on this renewed model. What a wonderful value! This will more than satisfy my daughter's needs and maybe even let her do some of her basic online games (definitely not built for WoW or Elder Scrolls, but Minecraft your heart out!). The 16GB memory will get you through all of your daily needs, while the SSD makes booting and app callup lightning fast. Light yet durable. A very good functional laptop for daily use on a budget.
