Pretty good bang for the buck here! This is a great assortment of decor for a winter party or any other event with a blue color scheme. Festive, fun and great variety.

The fans are great and the stringed dots were a favorite (although not much length). The pompom balls took forever to make and peel apart and fluff. Ours didn't look nearly as nice as those advertised. They were bunched up weird and lopsided. We didn't attempt the fringe banner as we were already worn out and just went with what we had.

this set comes with a lot of items and is a fantastic value for the cost. The colors of the items are exactly as shown in the picture. They are of average quality. It would be a nice set for a party decor or used as a nice backdrop for pictures.

This is a diy kit. Fluffing the pom poms and making the paper tassels took me about two hours to finish at a relaxed pace but it was pretty easy. The tissue paper is heavy enough that I was able to easily separate and fluff the pom poms without an issue, but thin enough to look nice and fluffy.I am really excited to put this decoration kit up in my classroom, I think it will bring in a little winter magic.

There are not too many directions for assembly, so some pieces like the fans were a bit difficult to put together. With the fans if you tie the rope too tightly (which it says nothing about) the fan will not fluff up properly. Overall the decor is great, and looks nice for any party! I do wish the instructions that were included were more detailed.
