Amazing cooling. Kept me cool and my small room cool throughout winter. Make sure the block window with exhaust pipe properly. Remote is great, nothing broken or any problems can also be used as fan only.

My wife and I got this air conditioner at the perfect time when it was in the 30’s here in BC, Canada. We have been using it on and off when needed. Honestly, the thermal insulation tubing that we bought which you need to get separately was not needed. The tubing did not get too hot and unless you live somewhere that gets in the high 40’s or 50’s or 100+ degree mark it is not necessary. We have it running on automatic and sometimes find that putting the temp down a few degrees especially when it is humid works better. So if we want it to be 74 then we set it to 72. Sometimes if it feels stuffy or just super humid we put it on the water drop icon ( dehumidifier ) which works very well and no temp adjustment is needed. Automatic seems to work great and turns on and off when it senses the room is heating up and turns low or off when it senses the temp is right. Do be aware this can fluctuate depending on if you are at a window that is properly sealed or not. When it comes to it draining there again it depends on how hot it is and the moisture level in the air. If you live in an area that is super hot then it will drain more frequently then those that live in areas with 80’s and low 90’s. We just use a mop bucket that never goes past just filling the bottom of it.Overall very easy setup with window seal covering bracket system to set up tube. My suggestion is to measure your window seal but honestly there are so many that can be bought separately. You can always get a generic one or if need be because it is too large cut it down to size. Just do watch out for screw holes which you will need to screw both brackets together so they don’t slide on you.This is on wheels and so you want to make sure if you do put this on a higher surface put something to stop the wheels so that it doesn’t go for a ride if you accidentally bump it.Nice unit for the price and also great if you are going to move and need to take it with you, you can. Very portable and easy to install in most places.

This was our pick after we researched air conditioners on Amazon. It was a name brand, and it was less expensive than most with a similar output, and it had generally positive reviews. It has worked out well in the long run. In the short run, there were issues. It came with a busted wheel/caster. We phoned customer service and reached someone immediately who worked hard to help us and finally seemed to succeed; but then a higher-up at DeLonghi emailed to say that we had to fill out a form and submit various documents. Quite a lot of bother for a $2 caster. The greater problem was that we had to fit it to a horizontally sliding window, but the window plate supplied was for a vertically sliding double-hung window. So we had to cut the plate to size, which had its challenges. Then what should have been a simple matter of installing the plate in the window and attaching the exhaust hose was complicated by the fact that the instructions that came with the air conditioner were very hard to interpret, with tiny drawings that didn't show which side of the plate should face out and how to seal it. Anyway, that's all done now, and the air conditioner works fine.

DeLonghi America PACEM360. Cools great. Been excellent and has stood the test of time. DeLonghi makes the best portable ACs in my opinion.

Solo funciona un rato y el compresor deja de funcionar y empieza a salir puro aire caliente.Trate de regresarlo y Amazon dice que ese artículo no es elegible para retornos….Ahora tengo una caja de plastico sin poder usar.

I noticed this 11,000 BTU air conditioner I purchased is far better quality and value priced than a 6000 btu smaller unit I bought last year of another brand. It even comes with a drainage hose and window parts are thicker plastic. It’s a quiet fan at full speed with a strong force and I hope it will cool off the room great when it’s 100 degrees outside. It did cool my area down by 2 degrees in 2 hours. You can feel the air circulation from far. It does blow only up though but I placed a fan close by to move the air further away. All in all very nice product. Also Amazon had a payment deal in 5 payments with no interest which was great so you don’t have to apply for financing through the other company they offer. The payment plan may not be available now and tends to move around to other products. I am satisfied with their Delonghi air conditioner and it comes with plenty of info booklets in different languages as well.
