I bought it so i could use a car amplifier on my home stereo. I was able to adjust the voltage with the screw labeled 'VV' to 14 which was perfect. Setting it up was easy and now my entire house rattles if i want. I cant tell if its truly outputting 1500 watts, but my 2k watt amp and wires are warm before it is. Makes slight noise when first setting it up or changing voltage but it became quiet in a minute or so as it adjusted. Well worth it.

I returned and was credited for 2 of them. They said I did not return one of them when I sent them all back at the same time. They billed me again for one of them. Keep your return slips. Otherwise be perpaired to be cheated. Oh by the way. They do not supply a stable supply of power. Voltage up and and down like crazy. Save yourself the trouble and your cash after the return cheat.

Using this to feed power to a higher power Bluetooth amp. Quiet and unobtrusive, perfect for my application, and wallet friendly!

Works good.Fans are a bit loud in the case I'm using but otherwise does what I need. Paired with a Riden RD6018. But I like they do turn on as they need to and run for as long as needed to cool back down to a reasonable temperature. They aren't pwm fans so they really just are on or off. They tend to stay on when I'm pulling more than 7 amps. Which I think is to be expected. The PSU also hasn't decided to overheat and stop working without turning on the fan like one from another company did. So I'm quite content with it.Voltage fluctuates a tad at 0.2v from the rated 60v but that's close enough for most electronics to not be a problem.Only real complaint is the fan noise. But it's considerably better than not having fans if you don't have a heatsink that can dissipate the heat on only air cooling. Almost no power supplys that can put out this much can though, and certainly not at the same size and weight.

It worked for me even with the 80% max power label. I didn't need the full 1000W, and 80% of that was fully sufficient for my project.
