I've bought some different types of these lights from other sellers in the past and while they worked, the colors never exactly worked (i.e.16 shades of blue vs. 16 different colors).These Daybetters were a really good deal at $10 for 130ft. And bonus, the colors were accurate and vivid. The app works well and you can pick an infinite number of colors there.BTW, if you need to trim to custom size, trim at the 4 copper ovals (see attached picture). Anything you cut off after that point is trash. I saw a couple reviews of people that didn't realize that if you cut off a piece... no power is getting to the cut off piece.... that the cut off piece doesn't work.Anyway, these are great.

I regret to report that my experience with the DAYBETTER Led Strip Lights has been far from satisfactory, resulting in a 1-star rating for multiple reasons.Cons:Poor Adhesion: One of the primary issues I encountered was the complete lack of adhesion of these LED strip lights to the wall. Despite following the installation instructions meticulously, the strips consistently failed to stay in place. This lack of sticking power not only created frustration but also led to constant readjustments and a messy installation.Low-Quality Materials: The overall build quality of the LED strips leaves much to be desired. Compared to other brands in the market, the DAYBETTER strips appear flimsy and less durable. The material used seems cheap and prone to wear and tear, making it questionable for long-term use.Inferior Performance: Beyond the adhesion issues, the performance of the LED lights is underwhelming. The color changing feature is not as vibrant or consistent as advertised, and the brightness is notably lacking when compared to other LED strip options available.Difficult to Manage: Attempting to manage the excessive length of the strips (130ft) proved to be more cumbersome than anticipated. The lack of flexibility in adjusting the length to fit different spaces led to a wasteful installation process.Suggestions for Improvement:Enhance Adhesive Properties: Improving the adhesive backing to ensure better sticking power would significantly enhance the usability of these LED strips.Upgrade Material Quality: Using higher-quality materials that are more resilient and durable would contribute to a better overall product.Address Color Consistency: Ensuring a more consistent and vibrant color-changing feature would align the product with customer expectations.Offer More Length Options: Providing more flexibility in length options could cater to a wider range of customer needs and reduce potential wastage during installation.Conclusion:In conclusion, the DAYBETTER Led Strip Lights, with their poor adhesion, low-quality materials, inferior performance, and difficult management, have been a disappointment. The frustration caused by their inability to stay in place and the overall lackluster performance make it challenging to recommend this product.With numerous alternatives available in the market, I would strongly advise potential buyers to explore other options before considering the DAYBETTER Led Strip Lights for their lighting needs. The 1-star rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the overall quality and performance of this product.

In 2020 I spent over $150 in led lights for my room, it came with a breaker, Smart Control and 3 16ft led strip and I should’ve bought this in the first place. I bought this a couple months ago and they work great. Very good led strips for the price, easy to install and the best part is that you can control the lights with your phone.NOTE: the adhesive is not high quality I recommend cleaning the surface with alcohol.

This is a replacement set for my living room. Very efficitent. You can light up a lot of area for the amount of electricity it takes to light up one 60 watt light bulb. Currently have about 10-15 of the LED's that are dimming but haven't completely gone out. Supposededly these are good for around 50,000 hours. But I leave them on overnight so I understand that the life expectancy is going to be shorter. The remotes have been somewhat of a problem with these but not a deal breaker. I will revise my review after these have been installed and in use for a while. Could be a while.
