So annoying. Keeps stopping every 2/3 minutes. The machine is too hot for it to start again. When it starts again, it stops 2/3 minutes later again!

If you prefer it firmer, simply put it back in the freezer for a little longer.When I first used it, I didn’t realize that the mixer needs to be attached in a specific way. Make sure to line up the notches on the side for it to fit correctly. Once I figured that out, it worked great! It’s also pretty quiet, making it ideal for an office setting. Our family's new favorite ice cream maker! We make a larger batch of ice cream base and keep it in the fridge to make fresh ice cream a little at a time. It is really easy to use, even for older kids. I wouldn't recommend a younger child use on their own, but they could easily use it with supervision! The portions are perfect. We haven't had any problems with ice cream not getting done. We'll even stop the maker when it's still soft and stir it around with a spoon and it will get even firmer. We love the versatility of each person making their own flavor ice cream and have saved lots of money vs going to the ice cream store.

Overall very nice to use. Nice clean pretty color. Got two bowls so I can share. Very easy to use. Great for one or two people.
