I wanted to like this, but I can't. Had for less than 2 days and the arm is already coming off. I did a simple arm bar and it ripped. Keep in mind, I'm not a strong individual. The build is actually solid, the arm rip was my only issue.Not to mention, it's incredibly time consuming to stuff. There was no zipper for the legs, so I had to push the filling all the way in with a stick.While I had fun messing around with it for a few days, I'd look into buying a different one.

This item is great for my kids to practice their karate, however, it takes a very long time to fill. Every single part needs to be filled with either sand or clothes or blankets. Something that will make it sit up straight. It is hard to get everything filled in just right. We have had it for months and my kids aren't really playing with it because it is not hard enough for them to actually kick or punch. It is very soft even when all the part of it are filled. If you filled it with sand I suppose it would be more realistic and easier to practice with, but then you could never move it from the spot it is in. If you are ok with having a sparing partner that is a little easier than this is fine, however, when training to get your black belt, this is not ideal.

This dummy has great quality to it but I HATE the placement of the zippers to fill it, they are at the tops of the hands and the wrists. They should have been put on the sides of the hands and bottoms of the feet, it’s also hard to stuff near the elbows and knee joints as they only put one zipper on the upper bicep and there is no zippers on the legs so you have to push it all the way down from the middle of the back and with how tough this leather is it’s near impossible lolSo far I have stuffed the hands each with 1 sheet and feet with 2 pillow cases + 1 wash cloth in each and I’ve given up for the night due to my hands being so sore lol

This dummy is actually very well made. They used double stitching so that it really withstands anything you can hit it with. I used old clothes to stuff it which kept it light enough to practice grappling with. You can really get a great session in with this thing. I’ve used it and so have my boys and we all love that we can add it to our routine. If you are into wrestling or martial arts of any kind you’ll want to certainly check this thing out. It’s very helpful.

The DALLX MMA grappling dummy is a great way to practice your martial arts or self defense skills.The dummy comes without filling to keep it lightweight for shipping. The product is well made and durable being made out of synthetic material which is heavy PU leather. The stitching is done well and is doubled or reinforced where stress points are located. The product has zippers stitched in the material to allow filling the product with a substance like foam chunks, feathers, old clothes or a soft and compactable substance that is not sand or a dense material.I used an old queen sized 3" memory foam topper and cut it into many small pieces to stuff the dummy and it worked great allowing the dummy to have form and not be too heavy or dense.The limbs can be adjusted in different positions and helps to practice different moves or grappling techniques. If filled with Foam or another substance with enough density to add weight the dummy is more realistic for weight and movement.This is a very well made dummy that will help you improve your skills and is great for anyone into MMA, wrestling or self defense. The only downside is that the dummy does not stand up on its own or have a way to easily attach it to a pole or other device to keep it upright.
