Got this for my wife. She said she's still trying to figure out how to use this as the instructions are no help at all.She also said the hooks/latches are thin and feel delicate, but they've stood up to her clumsy attempts.I know nothing about crochet and this just looks weird to me, :D

This is cheaply made and hard to use. There are no instructions and the hooks are flimsy. It is not worth the price. It's easier for me to just make the I cord with some knitting needles. Hard pass.

I am an experienced knitter, and knitters are always looking for the next new trick or gadget. These latch hook tools are relatively new on the scene, and I was excited to try one out.The Good:-As with any new tool, it takes some practice to get the hang of its use. I found that watching videos was more helpful than the pamphlet that came with the tool (when you search for a video on the Internet, know that this tool is also called a "cording quill").-Starting a cord seems to be the most difficult, and take a few false starts to get going. Keeping a very loose tension seems to be the skill to master in making this work.-Even with all of my tugging and twisting to master the tool, this latch hook remained sturdy.-The latches on the needle operate correctly, and the "jaws" of the hooks have the right amount of over lap on the hooks.-The handle is easy and comfortable to hold.The Bad:-NothingThis product met my expectations.

Muy difícil! Manual elemental que no resuelve dudas, no existen videos.Producto de alto costo para su nula utilidad. Pongo una estrella…. Le sobra calificación al producto

Having troubles figuring this out and unable to accurately follow the instructions that came with it. Relatively knew to crotchet, so unable if that is a large part.
