I’ve had these for two weeks and they seem like good quality so far. They do run big and the strap is more for looks than actual support so they slide off the back of my foot quite a bit.

Adorable and comfortable. They look like the more expensive version I've seen in stores. They gave a lot of stretch and run a little large. I sized down 1/2 size as the reviews suggested and they fit perfectly.

Lovely shoes! They’re comfy and fit great. I’m a teacher and my feet didn’t even hurt after a long day of teaching. They rub a bit on my heel but I fixed it with a bandaid on the shoe- heel pads would work too!

The shoes are very cute but a full size too big. I contacted the customer support information on Amazon and they are not able to exchange because the Amazon store and the online store are different entities, however, the online store is the only contact information on the Amazon page. Very disappointed.

These flats are very cute; however, they feel like plastic not faux leather. I took other reviewers' advice and ordered down by 1/2 size and they fit great. The cognac color is really nice. I'm not sure these are long-lasting; however, I won't wear these frequently. If you can catch these on sale then I would recommend.
