Beautiful. Tomato red. Nice accent in a black, white, grey kitchen. Made well. No issues. Love that it’s lined. No rusting.

This kettle has a badly designed mechanism and spout. First of all, the lid is extremely tight fitting so it is hard to remove while the kettle is hot. The trigger on the handle to open the spout is tight and hard to press while pouring. Then, while pouring the water out into a cup, you have to practically turn the kettle upside down to get the water out and while it is pouring, the hot steam goes up onto your hand.Like I said, bad design. The spout is not aligned properly for the kettle to function correctly.Cuisenart needs to go back to the drawing board on this one!

El producto y tiempo de entrega fueron correctos. Lamentablemente nunca me fijé en el diámetro y es menor a lo esperado, considerando la hornilla en que suelo poner las teteras, así que sufrió un leve daño en el asa cuando la pusieron a hervir

Excellent quality, stunning to look at , great packaging and product info pamphlet enclosed for care . Very happy ! Works great ! Whistle not too loud , just perfect , such a beautiful kettle ! I highly recommend !

September 2014:Good kettle, works well, good standard whistle. Sometimes the handle gets hot, as is to be expected. The shape is very pleasing to the eye, but it does mean you have to tip it almost all the way over to get the last of the water out, which puts your hand in the way of the steam -- I have had kettles that worked better in this regard, but it's not really a big deal to me. It holds a lot of water.***UPDATE NOVEMBER 2019***I have now had this kettle for five years, and frankly, I love it. The whistle starts off quiet and gets loud enough to hear from another room without being awfully piercing. The color did get dull - but I finally rubbed it with some baking soda and rinsed with vinegar and it's good as new! I still love the shape, and the handle really does get less hot than most kettles. And it heats up water very well haha.
